Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Include original packaging when possible.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent back to the warehouse from which the item was originally shipped. Because Unity Stance utilizes print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return address and return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Custom or personalized products

• Made-to-order products

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
