Shipping Policy

At Unity Stance, we work with trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment partners to create and ship products directly to our customers.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

  • Customized, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products may require additional production time.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after the order has been processed:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Because we utilize multiple fulfillment partners and warehouse locations, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Unity Stance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your support email]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be shipped to the fulfillment warehouse from which the order was originally shipped. Our support team will provide the correct return address and instructions after the return request has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Address

Do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return addresses vary depending on the fulfillment partner and warehouse location. Customers must obtain return authorization and the correct warehouse return address before shipping any items back.
